How are your products designed and tested?
Manufactured in Taiwan to rigorous production standards and independently tested for medical and daily‑wear performance.
Proven graduated compression Independent laboratory testing verifies the declared mmHg pressure profile at the ankle, calf, and other measurement points to ensure accurate graduated compression.
Durability and recovery Compression retention and long‑term recovery tests confirm the garment maintains therapeutic pressure after repeated wear and washing.
Skin safety and materials Materials are tested for low chemical residues and skin compatibility.

Where are Sole Support products made?
Our products are designed in Canada and manufactured in facilities that adhere to strict quality control standards to ensure the highest level of product excellence.

Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Placing an order with Sole Support Gear is easy and secure. Simply browse our products, select the items you wish to purchase, choose your preferred size and quantity, and click "Add to Cart." Once you've finished shopping, click on the cart icon and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard)

Can I use multiple payment methods for a single order?
At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order. Please choose the payment method that is most convenient for you.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future. Please stay tuned for updates.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping options available?
We offer several shipping options to suit your needs, including standard, and expedited shipping. Shipping rates and times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary, and orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. For backorders, shipping will take an additional 10-14 days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future.

How can I track my order?

Returns & Exchanges
How do I process a return or exchange?
To process a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
As purchase are for medical supplies, typically reimbursed by third parties, confirmation of order cancelation will be required from those third parties.
1. Contact our customer service team at 778-601-4237 or email us at Orders@solesupport.ca to initiate the return or exchange process.
2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization number inside the package.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns and exchanges due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Exchanges will be processed and shipped out as soon as possible.

How should I care for my Sole Support socks?
For best results, machine wash your socks in cold water with like colours and lay or hang to dry. Avoid using bleach and ironing as these can damage the material and reduce the effectiveness of the moisture-wicking and antimicrobial properties.
